If you pre-ordered the album, your presale code will be sent to you via email. You will not need a code to purchase a package after the presale ends.

Yes, you can choose the payment plan option at the time of purchase.
When purchasing a travel package using the payment plan you will need to put 25% down at the time of purchase. The exact cost will be based on what travel package you choose. The remaining balance of your package will be split evenly into into monthly payments charged on the 9th of each month until the final payment is due.
The final payment will be due on June 9th, 2023.
Yes, you can use more than one credit card by changing your payment method within your Tixr account.
You must be 21 years old to purchase a travel package. Guests under the age of 21 are able to participate in the travel package as long as the purchaser is 21 years old.
The Muse concert at the Stade De France is all ages.
Only the package purchaser needs to be 21 years old to purchase the Travel Package.
No, airfare is not included in the travel package and is the responsibility of the guest
No, travel packages do not come with early entry to the venue.

All package elements will be picked up at Travel Package Will Call located at the hotel.
Muse Travel will follow all COVID-19 policies of the Country, City and Venue at the time of the specified concert, not the date the package was purchased.
